Quick and prompt delivery. However, item does not work well from day 1 out of the box desppite being appearing new and sealed. Battery was flat out of box. Battery and charging then failed within a week. Contacted seller but advised to contact Klipsch manufacturer support directly who then advised to contact seller instead. Despite seller trying to work things with manufacturer support directly, no satisfactory resolution could be achieved in reasonable time and seller refunded
