I purchased an One Pound Banknote of Rhodesia. When mail arrived on 18 January, I saw it's a large packet and inside packet, it was a medical equipment instead of Banknote. Instantly I informed this to seller with so many images of arrived item. After that I requested seller to solve the issue in several times. But did not get proper feedback from seller. Then I requested to refund money. But seller disagree to refund and advice me to issue a case to eBay.

I was in communication with the buyer after he informed me of the situation and let him know that he had to open a case with eBay, meanwhile i was also contacting and working with eBay to resolve the issue.This was a case of eBay handling international shipping and somehow mixing up the package, at the end the buyer did recieve a refund.
