    Good communication w/ seller. Very clean Corning 10-inch skillet w/ lid at a good price and reasonable shipping. Unfortunately, the skillet was broken into several pieces in shipping. The lid survived unscathed. I'm a stickler for packing. Despite lots of add'l cardboard to stiffen the box, some ---- on a post office loading dock busted it to pieces. Once informed, and provided w/ photos, the seller immediately provided a full refund. To be clear, my gripe is entirely w/ USPS.
