Item was well packaged and as described and no problem, putting my sisters Apple credentials on the computer as it was a gift to her. Picture was pretty good and lots of expansion options checked out the DVD player with the movie it worked just fine. Would buy this vender again. A bit disappointed as I had asked the seller to downgrade to Mojave and they agreed. Upon arrival, the computer had Catalina still installed. Luckily, I’m tech savvy and was able to do the downgrade myself but it required a lot of time and effort to source the old files. Additionally, shipping took over a week, more than the 4 days advertised but this isn’t the seller’s fault, just more of an FYI. Overall it was a good experience and the computer is exactly as described otherwise.
