      Sharp

      A great knife in the kitchen. Small enough to easily handle trimming strawberries but large enough to cut meat.

      Sharpest Ever

      I have hundreds of knives. When I receive a new one, I test it by trying to cut the length of a folded in half newspaper section, from the fold down. This knife went right through with no resistance whatsoever! It is THE SHARPEST out of the box knife I have ever tested. Sharper than my Japanese Damascus, and all my high dollar Shun knives. Sharper than all my exotic Powdered Metal folding knives. Sharper than all of my hunting knives. Today I used it to cut through the ENTIRE NEWSPAPER! Razor Sharp. LITERALLY!! Then I ordered his 6.5 inch big brother. Thin wins. MW
