Packed in bubble wrap in cardboard box. Precision moulding with brass inserts. Lubricate spark plug rubber shaft with smear of engine oil. Remove all old silicone. Use 3mm bead of RTV Silicone under gasket especially on corners and allow to slightly set to hold in place. Check gasket has not dropped out of mating groove all round. Tighten to factory specs, first all to 2.0nM-18"/lb and then 8.3nM-73"/lb using the inner four bolts first, outer four next , and end ones last. Workshop manual EM-43
