The item arrived packaged securely in bubble wrap. There was a large dent in the back of the computer, and some sticky substance on the Thinkcentre logo. The internals of the computer were quite dusty but otherwise in good condition.

    Good product. Great price.

    I love the size and speed. I also love the fact it has speaker access from the front. What I don't like about is it does not have USB 3.0 ports in the back. Also, you cannot connect to a wireless projector as the unit has no WiFi. A problem that can be overcome if you put in a mini PCIe WiFi adapter internally.

    Space saver and fast desktop

    Excellent desktop and fast delivery. A little complaint is there is no HDMI connector, since I used it for streaming on a Smart TV. Not a factor but it would be nice if there's option as an add-on for a VGA to HDMI cable

    excellent value for purpose

    We're using this as a very cost-effective control workstation for large screens in our meeting room (instead of using a more expensive laptop). We also use them as lower-end user workstations. It's fast and quiet and doesn't take up desk space.

    Need to Purchase a portable CD/DVD RW that plugs into a USB port.

    Fast computer once it's working, but a few problems. 1) Cordless Keyboard comes with a CD to activate it, but PC does not have a CD Rom. Have to purchase a Portable CD/DVD RW. 2) Plug for speakers is on the front, not the back.
