I received the set in a reasonable time period. What the description did not make clear: the set does NOT INCLUDE the 2-up mount rack fastener hardware. The seller responsive and resolved things to my complete satisfaction and would purchase from you again. The set includes 3 keys for the lock. The quality was great for the price!
