The client had sent message on Saturday evening and posted negative feedback because of not getting a response by Sunday morning, while we don't work over the weekends. International postage outside of European Union can take up to 3+ weeks. That's normal and clearly described in the listing. Nevertheless, we offered a refund after removing unfair, negative feedback. No response from the customer. We see this as an example of impulsive and selfish behavior. CompoTec Team
