    I am giving the seller Positive feedback for responding to my concern quickly. However, my purchase was not packaged safely - the item (word processor) was shipped from CA to NY in a thin bubble mailer and then shoved into my mailbox (which was not the carriers fault). The poor packaging possibly caused the damage that I inquired about, or it also could have been an oversight on the product being tested. I would think twice about purchasing from this buyer.

    It may be technically impossible for one person to give a seller and transaction 'three thumbs up' but I'm doing it anyway. The Sony TCM-400DV was in beautiful condition and has performed flawlessly. It arrived well-packed and even two days earlier than anticipated.     lightweight and easy to use

    May not be a good fit for new(er) phone systems

    The adjustments on it are many but may be futile for some phone systems. I had this exact unit many years ago and it worked great. I had to return this item recently because the sound quality was very scratchy (sounded a bit over modulated, even with adjustments) in my ear piece and on both the sending and receiving end. The caller sometimes could not hear me forcing me to adjust the device on just about every call. This particular unit’s adjustments are not easy if you take a look in the picture I provided. It’s on the side that you need to remove the cover and adjust with the included tool.
