    I contacted the seller regarding the poor quality of this product, in that it looked dedicated, dry and messy. They said to return it and they would decide whether it merited a refund. I wasn't happy to do that based on how the product looked and felt. The seller may think that this is fine, but I feel they're not doing any quality control of these foundation mousse items. As I'm sure most of you would agree. I cannot recommend this product.

    From the photo the customer sent I could not tell if the item was faulty. I requested the item be returned to me and a refund would be issued regardless if there was a fault or not. If the item was returned and not faulty this would have been put into my report on the refund. This was explained to the customer. The customer chose not to return the item despite all the help given on how to return the item. Sorry to say this looks to me like a customer wanting to keep her item and be refunded.
