I am very disappointed with this seller. After ordering and paying for two packs of Duo Lock Snaps from this seller, I only received one in the post. Thinking this was a small oversight on their part, I made contact and explained the situation.
Their reply was that they could not possibly have made a mistake, inferring that I was lying!
I could see how the mistake could have been made, as the snap size ordered is a Size 2, and I had ordered 2 packs. However after three emails no resolution.

Our shipping protocol is to have a person pick an order, and another person to pack the order and check the order is correct for shipping. As such it is very difficult for us to understand how an incorrect quantity can be sent.
