Really good quality, viable starter. Arrived in plastic pouch, easy to handle and all instructions on line. The fermentation has a lovely fruity aroma. Great value.

Took a week to arrive, it was very runny, but came back to life after 4 days of feeding, Patience was key as it seemed slow for a few days, but then came to life gusto. Quality flour is a must. Doubles + some in 6 hours or so. My kitchen is cold, so first loaf wasn't perfect, but that's me still learning and the cold days. Tasty sour notes. Crispy crust. Very active starter.
