Erst in den letzten J ahren findet die Thematik Eingang in die Lehrprogramme, wobei einige Hochschulen jedoch. auf zUriickliegende Erfahrungen und be reits bestehendeOrganisationen aufbauenkonnen, wie etwa NUrnberg mit seinem von Erich Schafer 1950 gegriindeten "Institut fUr Export forschung" anderdamaligen HochschulefUr Wirtschafts- und Sozial wi ssenschaft en. In FortfUhrung dieser Arbeit wird an meinem Lehrstuhl der Bereich des internationalen Marketing im akademischen Unterricht durch Exportseminare fUr in- und auslandische Hochschulabsolventen und Praktiker sowie durch eigenstandige Forschungsprojekte wie dem vorliegenden gepflegt. DadieseUntersuchung die eigene Kapazitat weit Uberstieg, bedurfte esder finanziellen UnterstUtzung seitens der Hans-Frisch-Stiftung, der daher zuvorderst mein besonderer Dank gilt. Gedankt sei an dieser Stelle auch der NUrnberger Akademie fUr Ab satzwirtschaft fUr ihre tatkraftige UnterstUtzung und Hilfe bei der Erarbeitung des empirischen Tells der Untersuchung. Die zeitraubende und manchmal entmutigende Arbeit der Quellen suche sowie der Aufbereitung und Interpretation der statistischen Daten lag in den Handen von Herrn Dipl. -Kaufmann Peter Voigt.
