Arrived broken -in 1/2 and chipped. Totally the fault of the packer - barely any cushion around the fragile ceramic box. Packing inside the tissue box but not around it. Reached out to seller with pictures etc. They sent a claim to post office & they sent me a letter telling me a claim was made & now no word for wks. Reached out again - no response. Very disappointing poor customer service I only asked for 1/2 my $ back - I think fair - will glue it but it still has chips I cannot fix - rude
