Royal Mail has made this transaction impossible. A Reg letter from Italy, went into Customs in Heathrow and then into the mail system after 5 days. 15 days later it is shown as leaving Italy again?? That was 26/10 for a £25 item that left Italy 6/10. No arrival yet.
