Seller was quick and responsive with fast shipping. The Steelbooks I ordered were packaged securely. The discs were clean and the digital copies checked out. Dents and scratches aplenty revealed after the shrink wrap and J-cards were removed—I don’t count these as the seller’s fault. The PIXAR collection feels lower quality in manufacturing that produce a hollow popping sound that my other steelbooks do not. The designs are still fun—love these 2 movies despite the aesthetic defects. Thanks!

I have submitted a review and you have not published it. This item was tarnished, not bran-new. and I provided a photo to prove it. I'm only seeing positive reviews, none has any scruple of criticism in it. Are you filtering these, sanitizing them for this seller? I'm uploading the picture again: let's hope this gets published this time.
