Item was wrongly described. I emailed the seller & asked to return it for a refund but was ignored me so I lodged a dispute. Dispute was resolved in my favour. Since then however I have received 3 very abusive & aggressive emails, stating eBay was wrong & almost demanding I return the item. Her basis for such was, "I see a refund has been issued to you, so would like to arrange to have the purse returned to me." Seller is obviously painfully unaware of policies. AVOID THIS SELLER!!
