Advertising water bottle & pods, I even asked if it was for both and was advised that yes it’s for bottle & pods. Only the pods were sent and then they backtracked and told me it’s only the pods buy you can buy the bottle for an extra £15!!! Going to open a case as it’s just another con artist on the make. Buyers keep your money in your pocket where this seller is concerned as they flat out lied to me, and yes I’ve saved the messages. When is eBay going to ban these people???

we have tried working with this buyer to resolve the matter but communication has broken down, were still wiling to work with buyer to resolve matter, if the buyer willing to do this, we even offered them to return order for full refund, but as of now no return request has been submitted.. we sold 1000's of products sine 2012 as can see by 100's of postive feedback.
