was good when new but failed in 9 months
I bought one trap about oct 2022 and it worked very well. I cleaned it after a "kill" and now it fails to operate. The RED light stays on permanent and there is a low level beep. I have dried it in the sun I have put moisture absorbing granules (in case there was lingering moisture) but nothing works, Its fully charged . It seems there is NO option to ask any tech questions from the manufacturer. Whilst I initially thought it good , I now have reservations of the quality of the product if its only lasted 9 months I bought one trap about oct 2022 and it worked very well. Otherwise works well for three months then breaks
It’s great but I’ve bought 3. The first one I washed it incorrectly but caught 6 mice in 24hr The 2nd one my dog chewed up in first five mins trying to get the peanut butter The 3rd I was so happy it killed off the mice as hadn’t seen any and it only caught one But left it on in case and it caught one and now it’s flashing yellow and don’t think it’s working coz saw a mouse this morning That’s over $150 and now the mice is back it doesn’t work anymore 😔It’s great but I’ve bought 3.
