This is my only negative feedback in 20 years of buying on eBay. Firstly, the photo shown in the listing is the wrong item, it's a completely different model, so very misleading. Even after pointing this out, the ad remains unchanged. Secondly, the product was poorly packed resulting in damage to the item's box, not impressed as it was a for birthday gift. Thirdly, ineffective and slow to respond communication from the seller. The only positive for this transaction was the fast delivery.

The item was as advertised. Best to always use delivery company that can knock on the door and allow the home owner to accept the package. Just dumping the package on the door step and leaving isn't good business, especially now that the world has so many thieves stelling packages. Maybe use Australia post instead.

    gerber shard

    I'm always stuck with a bottle and no bottle opener. I found the shard and bought it as it has multi functions, though I've only used the bottle opener, a lot. For such a small thing it is really solid, better than I expected. I liked it so much I ordered another for wife's keys. I gave it 4 stars only because the colour scratches pretty easily being with keys, but i expected it. Also it takes a few goes to figure out best finger placement for bottle opener. As its small it can cause a bit of pain on fingers first few times, after which its all good. All in all, cool thing to have on keys. Poking, bottle opener, screwing and prying.
