Contains 3 Classic War films: Operation Amsterdam: Set in WW II, an English Major and two Dutch diamond experts attempt the dangerous task of removing millions of pounds-worth of industrial diamonds from Amsterdam to prevent them falling into the hands of the Nazi regime. A Town Like Alice: Jean, a prisoner in a Japanese prisoner-of-war camp, meets a captive Australian, Joe. To relieve the starvation of the female prisoners Joe steals some chickens, but is caught and sentenced to be executed in front of the other prisoners. Later, back in peacetime London, Jean decides to return to Malaya, where she learns that Joe did not actually die... The Silver Fleet: Jaap van Leyden is the owner of a shipyard in newly occupied Holland. He agrees to collaborate with the Germans and complete two submarines. What the Nazis do not know is that he is planning to double cross them, if he can.
