    Problems with expired ink cartridges

    I purchased two tricolour HP cartridges that were beyond their expiry date. One, out of date by 5 years did not work at all. The other, out of date by only 2.5 years only works with two of the colours. I will not be purchasing more out of date cartridges

    cartridge was useless

    the ink in the cartridge had gone hard and was unusable.While I got a refund I was down postage ,which was nearly €8
