Multimeter was DEFECTIVE out of the box. Actions taken to date.
1. I sent notification of the item being essentially DOA and non functional on the day the unit arrived.
2. Next day, I sent photos that clearly show to "anybody" selling this type of test equipment, that it simply does'nt measure anything. That should have been enough. But no, you want a Youtube as well, so.....
3. I sent a Youtube that demonstrates once again the unit does not measure anything, it is useless.

The DEFECTIVE DOA unit arrived 23 April, today is 16 May and you have done nothing other than STALL. After 24 days no action from you apart from - wait longer!!! The unit was DOA pure and simple.
