The item I received was nothing like the one pictured in the listing. The listing showed a contoured one piece slip over design with a budded earpiece to fit inside the ear comfortably. The item I received had cheap hinged coated wire with a solid (unfitted) piece that only has a hole in it for the sound to flow through. Seller confirmed that I had received the correct model for the listing. Meaning, seller knows the product is not as shown in the listing.

Can you be an honest person? As we explained before, we sent the wrong model, we have no reason to send one like that by mean, which only leads losses and bring us unhappy customers, as a seller, of course we would not do that, isn't it?. so we immediately arranged a refund for you, now you still left a negative feedback! such a bad buyer, wish had never dealt with you! thanks

If you had actually sent the product that was pictured there wouldn't be a problem. My personal feedback history speaks for itself. I am an honest person. You asked and I confirmed that the model on the box was M-6. The M-6 model that you sent is nothing like the product pictured on the page. I sent a picture of your cheap knock off product. Learn to accurately list the item you're selling rather than trying to use a bait and switch tactic. Attacking the customer isn't a wise business practice.
