Glass lampshade arrived quickly and was well packed. FedEx unfortunately was not at all gentle with the package and the box smooshed on a few sides. The shade was bent a few places (minor) and one pane was cracked. The seller was very responsive and submitted an insurance claim very quickly which resulted in a partial refund. The shade is still in excellent condition given its age and I'm still happy with it even with the shipping mishap.
