      The item was basically half price when compared to brand new. The item was new in box, as described. The box had a small amount of water staining, but it was contained to the box only. I don't know when the box damage happened, as it was still moist when ipened, yet thenouter packaging showed no signs of water stains or previous dampness. I've used the headsets twice and they sound great and I've been told I sound much clearer when on mic. This was a great purchase! I would buy from them again.
