    Gives curl to straight hair

    I find it works well on my hair to give my straight locks a bit of curl with a beachy look. I do dilute it with one third water so it sprays better and dries less "crusty".

    Garnier changed the product formula

    The "curl definer" by Garnier used to have waxes (what they call fruit micro waxes) in it. All their curl products how have shea, and shea does not do what the waxes did. I guess they say it's better for your hair, but does not produce the same effect for me. I wish they would bring back the old curl definer.

    Has A DIFFERENT FORMULA from the ORIGINAL product.

    Another review stated what I am confirming too. GARNIER changed the ingredients / formula. SO disappointing because I still have an original bottle that I knew worked on my hair the way I needed it to and I read the ingredients / compared the old with the new bottle. The original had a micro wax...... I think they sold the formula to a higher end brand and then they must have come up with this different hair potion BUT Garnier does NOT state this on the FRUCTIS curl shaping spray gel bottle. NEW formula is more of a silkier, soft enhancer. I wanted the firm crunch hold. That's my opinion.

    It’s gel, in a bottle.

    Not much else to say here so, 7$, gel in a spray bottle. Um, I don’t expect it to do my taxes but, I’m sure it’ll hold some hair together.
