    Good brand name-very hard to swallow these pills

    I was surprised to see that the recommended dosage was 5 pills, I guess that to get the contents into pill form they need to be this size and dosage. The pills are large and get stuck in your throat. I thought I was going to choke on them. I've never had a problem swallowing pills. I take a multivitamin that is the same size as these pills and it is easy to swallow. I came to the conclusion that it is the coating on these pills that makes them stick sideways in your throat. I was scared enough about choking on them to try chewing them.... they don't taste too bad, but it is a long process to try to eat 5 of these pills. I did find that if you keep them in your mouth and get them coated with saliva before swallowing them, they usually go down without getting stuck. I won't buy this ...

    Relief

    I had leg cramps so severe I couldn't hardly get out of bed.My toes would corral up and my calves would tighten up so bad I would almost cried in pain.Since taking Solgar vitamins that has all slowed up a great deal.Maybe in time they will go away entirely.
