The item appears tp be well made. I knew when I ordered it, that it would not zip onto my 2011 sleep number mattress. I didn't realize it came with the bottom section. For now we just put the new top on the old mattress without zipping it on, so we can flip and turn it over once in a while. Much lower price, and better people to deal with than Sleep Number who is completely automated and has no customer service.
