Carton was delivered damaged and 2 of the 4 ratchet struts were missing, so only 2 stands were usable at a time. Asked seller for a solution, they offered a 50% refund but I needed all 4 stands for a project so I asked for replacement struts. They arranged with their suppliers warehouse to send the missing parts, which surprised me slightly when, lo and behold, a carton with 2 more complete stands was delivered. Great customer service to solve an issue that was not their fault, was the couriers!
