Tank edge/ frame was bent inside box - must not have been checked as box was not damaged. No installation/ wiring instructions. Good communication at point of sale but poor after sales support - we needed help on a Saturday afternoon and no one could supply diagram. Good product but no cheaper than buying from a physical shop.
