    New York City Ballet Workout

    a great DVD for workout. Excepts a little knowledge of ballet techniques however does offer an explanation throughout of each new step. Requires some level of fitness to complete the workout. I loved this as a daily exercise to run alongside ballet classes that I take. To practise at home with a structure is great.

    new york city ballet workout dvd (2005)

    very comprehensive workout to suit anyone, from a fitness beginner onwards. the dvd is very stylishly done and the workouts are well thought out and beautifully demonstrated at a pace its possible to keep up with. i would recommend this dvd to anyone with a desire to improve not just their physique, but also their overall fitness and wellbeing.

    New York City ballet workout

    I bought this as an alternative to aerobic excercise, and whilst you are doing the excercises it seems relatively easy and not strenouos. Next day however, I was really aching in my legs and stomach. It is good for improving flexibilty and is not high impact if your joints are a bit dodgy. I really enjoy it as an alternative to running and swimming and i have never done ballet before. I can see however that it would not be for everyone however. If you dony like it you can always put it back on ebay as it is a dvd that always seems to sell well!

    New York City Ballet Workout

    I purchased this for my daughter who has just turned 14 and loves to dance. She has just passed her ballet exams with Honours and this is my way of saying welldone to her. She loves to watch dance of any sort and this workout dvd will prove to be very useful to her now and in the future.
