Gamers help a half-demon engage in real-time battles to rescue her abducted friend in Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon. Players take control of a knight protector named Aluche, who is ambushed and killed while escorting her priestess friend Liliana to a sacrifice. But Aluche is revived as a half-demon by the religious organization New Curia, and with the help of Servan demons and new fairylike girls named Lilies, she sets out to find Liliana and uncover the secrets of the mysterious Moon Queen. <br><br>Lilies have unique powers and fighting styles, they grow stronger and gain abilities the more they are used, and they can unleash powerful burst attacks when gamers fill their Tension Gauge. Servans now come in two forms, with Trickers opening new routes in the 3D environments, Strikers transforming into powerful weapons, and both kinds of Servans contributing with attacks or defense. Players and their party can combine skills to use different combat styles when fighting demons and large fiends, and the blood they acquire from successful battles can be used to level Aluche, Lilies, and Servans.
