Controller was either broken before postage (although description said it was tested and working fine) or was damaged as a result of poor packaging. It was only bubble-wrapped (no box) to prevent damage in transit but was wrapped tightly which ironically could have crushed all the buttons and joysticks so now there is permanent stick drift in both sticks and multiple buttons pressed at any time.Reply from: robustretro- Feedback replied by seller robustretro.- Feedback replied by seller robustretro.HI. I'm so sorry about the issues with the controller. You can return it if you didn't recieve it in the condition it was described as. I would never refuse a return if someone recieved something that was broken when i decribed it as working. All you needed to do was contact me (which you didn't).I sell second hand items and do my best to completely test them before sale. Sometimes they break in post or otherwise. The no returns is for change of mind only, not for a broken item.
