ELSEMA Key 302DA remote is set as below:
Button 1 (Common Entry) – Code shown on ELSEMA remote 1 – 4, 5 – 12 OFF
Button 2 (Private Entry) – Code shown on ELSEMA remote
In my case sw 1-4 = CODE. Sw 5-12 = OFF.
This worked fine.

Works great as a replacement for really old one channel Elsema FMT-301. Quick postage. 10x cheaper than the real thing and only difference is I have to be closer to the garage door than the original, but distance is fine, I don't have to get out of my car.
