Through no fault of the seller, the book didn't arrive. The envelope it was supposed to be in did, but no book, alas. The seller was very kind and investigated at their end while I investigated at mine, but no book was to be found anywhere. A mystery!
Anyway, they promptly refunded the purchase price and I will support them again if another book of interest appears in their store. Would 100% recommend purely because of their kindness and understanding. Thank you.
