Seller is stalling and not processing refund. The item is misrepresented as 4G. It is not!!!. Seller is Not refusing to refund, but stalling to pretend that he is a good seller. Do not be fooled!!! Return label not supplied!! as advised by Ebay. See picture. May have to go to Paypal if not helped by Ebay.
