The seller has fantastic communication. He called me to tell me that he accidentally shipped it to the wrong address, but would do everything he could to make sure it arrived after going to the wrong destination. Package arrived very well wrapped and protected, which is always appreciated as a buyer, but one of the batteries was damaged and completely unusable.
He was fast with responding to my concerns & negotiated a very fair refund since one battery was broken. 100% recommend this seller!
