    Do not buy from this seller. First they listed an item as new that clearly wasn’t, the product key had already been redeemed & It was missing parts. When I requested a refund he tried to blame me for complaining & asked me not to order from him again. Like that was ever going to happen. Then the seller failed to refund my purchase in a timely manner (I did finally receive it). You may get a good deal but if it’s mislabeled takes forever & you need to return it is it really a deal. Buyer beware!

    All of our items are close outs from major retailers and are new to our knowledge. If it’s an open box or we know an item has an Issue we list that in the description. We do get great products that we are able to offer at great prices. There have been times when a customer has received an item that had an issue and we’ve always made it right and accepted the item return just like we did for this customer. His refund was issued promptly after receiving the return.
