    I would give 10 stars to this seller. USPS delivered by package to the wrong address. I was told by the post person that the package would be sent back to the seller.     The headphones are comfy and not too heavy but a little flimsy and low volume.

    I use these for CoD and they seem to work fine, they are not terribly loud but the act of putting the sound directly to your ear enhances the volume. They are not high power, which you might expect for any device that does not have it's own power source. They are not completely noise cancelling either, which for me is important because I don't like being deaf to the outside world. The design is sleek, it looks good, the microphone is adjustable, I like to wear the head arc on the back of my head because that's how I wear headphones and it works fine they don't fall off and they are not uncomfortable that way.

    Headphones turned out to be so-so

    The sale was terrific. The price was more than fair. The product was new, but the item must have sat on the shelf somewhere for a long time because once I opened the box up and began using the headphones the cord itself was cracked as if it was dried out in the sun or something. The protective coating left little bits of the rubber all over the living room. This was no fault at all of the seller as he/she would be unaware of the issue as the box was unopened. I didn't request an adjustment because the price of the headphones was still more than fair and they worked just fine.

    bad product not once but twice

    within 30 minutes of my daughter listening to these she told me one of the ears has stopped working. i emailed my dissatisfaction and was sent a new pair the next day. upon opening the package today i noticed that the black tubing around the wires had chucks out of it on several places. looking a little closer it looked like they had been cut with a box blade or chewed on my a rat. could not see any visible breaks in the actual wire although i wasn't expecting them to work at this point anyway.. but the same thing happened the left ear doesn't work. the seller was quick to refund my money but pleSe don't make my mistake. i had read horrible reviews on amazon but here they were really any negative ones. well my experience fits with everything i read on amazon.

    NOKIA PHONE OF HEADSETS

    I got a pair of these in December of 2012 for use with Black Ops 2 on the Wii U and since then, I've also discovered it works on PS4 and Xbox One as well. I've owned that original pair for about 9 years now and despite being taped up everywhere and having no more foam on the ears, they still work. That should prove the durability of this particular model of Turtle Beaches. So I decided to get these in mint condition and couldn't be happier. Great price, great condition, extremely durable.

    Good headset for the price tag.

    I bought this headset for my son for his Wii U. He had one before but the wire broke, more from excessive use than poor quality. It may not be top of the line but its a great product for the price. Very sturdy and has a nice expensive look to it (not like some of the other tacky ones I've seen) The actual sound could be better, it's not very loud, but like i said it's a good headset for the price tag.
