      Top of the line work horse.

      A must have for electricians, and worth the extra over the 600. The T5-600 is for HVAC guys and maintenance types. If you ever work in an industrial or commercial setting or even upstream of the mains in residential, you need CAT IV equipment, and this thing is indestructible. This meter will take an absolute beating and keep on giving you reliable readings, keeping you safe. I wouldn't trust my life to anything less. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a delicate little electronics multimeter, but that's not what this is for. Get a Klein for that stuff. To read the fundamentals and get it right every time you want a Fluke T5. Especially when it's getting banged around in your tool bag or gang box.

      Fluke T5-1000

      Nice meter, easy to use. Reads ac, dc, amps. Only issue I have is voltage only reads whole numbers, no decimals so difficult to check batteries.

      Fluke 1000

      I used one till it went bad so I seen this one and bought it and would buy it again it was a good value and a great meter the one that want bad was 15 years old it still work but the voltage was reading bad so I junk it. It cost more to have it fix then to buy a new one thanks John Smith Journeyman Electrician

      Fluke T5-1000 meter

      This is the easiest meter to use. No voltage ranges to set it to, AC or DC it tells you without having to change to different settings. Amps and ohms are the same, totally automatic, good up to a 1000 volts, great meter compact size, and a good value. I would recommend this to any electrician or anyone that has a need for a multi meter.
