Order a replacement buckle for my Breitling, ask repeatedly and directly via chat if the buckle was braided with the brand, they responded yes, but didn’t send the correct one. when I receive the buckle, it wasn’t , seller argued that has to be put on a note in the order to specify. I have chat with them thru the process, the seller, even admitted that was an assistant mistake, pitiful. Not ready to deal with a western hemisphere market and clients
