The items arrived safely and as described. However, I could tell that the mailing package had been opened and badly taped up. The strip that is torn off to open the package was found inside. The tape that was put on looked like it had been removed later and retaped. I'm glad that the seller had wrapped the items securely. Otherwise, they might have fallen out. I think that the damage to the package, whether deliberately or accidentally, was done by the USPS not the seller.
