Item as described, communication was ok, delivery was delayed and posted over a week late. Packaging was not good, causing damage to some of the items inside.

I’m sorry postage was slow. I had issues with my shipping agent last week (they had staff illnesses). Item was shipped in original box and key and spring was ALREADY damaged, which was fully described in the listing and why the item sold at auction for around 1/5th of its price. Also, full refund was offered but not taken up.

Picked up the parcel today, thank you. I understand and appreciate the Pack and Send precautions, my issue was with the size of the box it came in -- IT WAS BIG!! I almost needed a shopping trolley to carry it. I imagine...?.. that registered post would have done as well, but I do appreciate it. Haha... the camera and other contents also look brilliant, as good as I'd hoped -- thank you for that too.
