This company went above & beyond to design & build this Mounting Bracket for me. For Christmas our Daughter gave me a Ring Gen 2 doorbell to be installed in the same location as the doorbell push button. The brick on the side of our house blocked the view. I located a bracket & ordered it. The narrow wood on our doorframe caused the back of the "Mounting Bracket" to be open to the elements. I contacted 3d Marvels to see if they had a cover plate. Instead they designed a new model and it works!

The item was exactly as described! The only issue was the USPS service which has nothing to do with the seller. The sellers service was very good! USPS sent my package from the sellers location to my location and then back to the sellers and then finally figured out that it needed to be sent back to me!! Very poor on their part!
