    The packaging and shipping of the item were excellent. The item arrived on time from Pennsylvania. I’ve never dealt with the seller before so it would be unfair not to give them credit for those things at least. Unfortunately, the item was faulty and didn’t work. Again, this is not the sellers fault because it was a pre packaged item from an outside manufacturer. The only thing eft now is to receive my full refund and I will consider it a positive experience over all with the seller.
