The seller offers Echo Dot 5th Generation and I received the 4TH GENERATION ECHO DOT and didn’t even receive the color ordered (mother’s day gift) gave the seller a chance to make it right but gave me the same answer twice about the color like it was coming from a machine or computer evading the issue about the model (generation) of the item, very disappointed, very rude communication from the seller and took his time to respond a very inconclusive response

Had to return the original item because it was dead on arrival, it was also NOT new as the ad states, got a replacement and it was NOT new either, both were received with tears in the fabric, and had the nerve to cover it up with a sticker!!! I even mentioned it was not new when discussing the replacement!
