    Sent the wrong version of the PC (0050 instead of 0060) by mistake with free shipping - got an all caps curse laden response. I felt bad because this person was so upset so I apologized but I didn't think he'd get the correct item within his timeline. Obviously we ruined something for him to be that upset. Refunded his money.
