I had a major problem with this seller, which could not be resolved without eBay's forced refund.
I had asked detailed questions about the scratches before purchasing the item, but the seller only replied that it was in "very good condition". When I purchased the item, there were noticeable scratches and I requested a return, but the seller refused to cover the shipping costs, so eBay intervened to resolve the issue once.
